12 Week DIY Package

You go to the gym, you already know how to use the machines but not so sure about how to organise your workout routine?

The "Do It Yourself package" is for you!!

You give us your fitness goals and we write a tailored 12 weeks program from gym or home for you to achieve those goals. 

 

£350 with a constant access to us if you have questions along your journey.
